☆Project Assessment: We will communicate with our clients further and have a better understanding of them: their salary-distributing system, detailed information of their positions, and so on. We will discuss with our clients how difficult it is for them to search a desirable position or a proper candidate. Finally, we negotiate with clients details on further cooperation and assess the feasibility of our project.
☆Contract Signing: Both parties make decisions on the details of the contract before we sign the contract. Clients pay the initial fees according to the agreement.
☆Candidate Search: We set up a project team and devise a search proposal. Then we start hunting candidates from target companies and groups.
☆Candidate Selection: We will do assessments for target candidates and select the most suitable ones according to the given company’s cultural background and position demands.
☆Candidates’ Shortlist: We send shortlisted candidate reports to clients after interviews. We generally provide first group of candidates’ shortlists to clients within 10 working days.
☆Client interview: We help clients arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates that are selected by clients, and help them with intermediate communication, interview feedback and coordination.
☆Reference Check: We assist clients with reference checking for final selected candidates in terms of candidate education background, working experience, etc.
☆Offering: TOP Consulting assists clients with offer negotiation, offer letter signing, and clients need to send copies of the offer letters to TOP Consulting.
☆Candidate On-board: TOP Consulting will assist with and follow up the resignation process of candidates, and ensure candidates be on board on time.
☆Probation Follow-up: Clients need to pay service fees as mentioned in the contract after candidates on board; TOP Consulting will keep close contacts with candidates, acquainting them with their minds and their working performance. We will maintain good communication with clients and candidates as well. We are ready to solve any possible problems during probation periods.
